Refund Policy

J.G Greens provides property maintenance and outdoor services. Because our services involve labour, scheduling, materials, and equipment, our refund policy is as follows.
1. Payments & Refund Eligibility

Payments are not accepted through our website.

Payment terms are agreed upon separately once a quote is approved or services are authorized.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Completed Services

No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully completed.

Dissatisfaction with appearance or results caused by weather, ground conditions, or factors beyond our control does not qualify for a refund.
3. Partially Completed Services
If a service is partially completed, refunds may be considered at our discretion, taking into account:

Labour already performed

Equipment and fuel usage

Materials purchased or installed

Disposal and mobilization costs
Any approved refund will be pro-rated based on the portion of work not completed.
4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice.

Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund and may be subject to cancellation fees.

Services canceled after dispatch, mobilization, or material preparation may be charged in full or in part.
5. Deposits (If Applicable)

Deposits, when required, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Deposits are used to secure scheduling, labour, and materials.
6. Weather-Dependent & Seasonal Services
Refunds are not provided for delays, rescheduling, or service impacts caused by:

Weather conditions

Ground conditions
-
Safety considerations
-
Seasonal or environmental factors
Weather-dependent services (including snow and seasonal maintenance) are performed when conditions allow and are not refundable due to timing or outcomes influenced by weather.
7. Service Issues & Corrections
If you believe a service was not completed as agreed:

You must notify us within 48 hours of service completion

We will first be given the opportunity to review and correct the issue
Refunds will not be issued for issues that could have been resolved through a service correction.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:

Labour already performed
-
Materials installed or purchased
-
Disposal or dump fees
-
Service calls or mobilization fees
-
Seasonal service retainers
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting J.G Greens may result in suspension of services and collection action where permitted by law.
10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
